Dr. Brett Qualls, PT, DPT, OCS

Brett is originally from the north coast of California, and has been living and working in Lake Havasu City since 2011. Brett received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific.Brett was recognized as a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedics by the American Physical Therapy Association and American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Brett also holds a Certification in Dry Needling.

Brett’s clinical interests are broad and include sports medicine, general orthopedic rehab, movement analysis, and senior wellness. Brett enjoys clinical problem solving and excels at explaining movement systems and educating his patients on musculoskeletal pathology.

In his free time, Brett enjoys snowboarding, road biking, hiking, spending time with family & friends, and travel.


Ronni Jackson, PTA
Ronni was born in southern California and moved to Lake Havasu City in 2000.  She grew up visiting her grandparents in Lake Havasu City, as they are long term residents.  After high school, Ronni attended Northern Arizona University with an interest in business marketing. She quickly decided she wanted to be in the healthcare field and had a desire help people. Upon moving home, Ronni continued her education with courses at Mohave Community College and found the Physical Therapy Assistant program. Graduating in 2012, she has been working in outpatient physical therapy since that time. Her interests clinical include post-operative rehab, pediatrics and general wellness. Ronni has worked alongside Brett since 2012.

Ronni loves to spend time with her family, camping and grew up playing on the lake & desert. She and her spouse Brandon stay busy with their two children Aubrey & Roman.


Shannon Macklem, PTA
Shannon was born in Washington state and has lived in California and Nevada prior to moving to Lake Havasu City in 2004. She spent her earlier years assisting in running her family construction business and even ventured in owning a franchise restaurant.

One of her greatest pleasures, however, has been finding her passion in physical therapy. Shannon graduated from the accredited program at Mohave Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2014. She started her career in inpatient therapy for her first eight years in clinical practice. She is excited to open the doors to outpatient therapy here at Agave Physical Therapy.


Matt Wallender, Physical Therapy Technician
Matt was raised in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to Lake Havasu City in 2020. After high school, he received his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also spent time studying at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. He has been working in the fitness industry for 7 years and plans to continue his education by enrolling in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Mohave Community College in the near future.

Matt enjoys spending his free time traveling, on the lake, or in the gym. He also enjoys volunteering in his community, specifically coaching youth football.

Arianne Stacy, Front Desk

Arianne moved to Lake Havasu City in 1984 from Boulder Colorado.  She is a 1993 graduate of Lake Havasu High School.  Before joining the team at Agave Physical Therapy, Arianne previously worked in the hotel & hospitality industry for over 20 years.  She held positions in a variety of departments and was most recently the sales and catering manager at a local resort.  She is excited to grown in a new career path at Agave Physical Therapy.

Arianne enjoys spending time with her husband Beau and her two sons Justin & Zack.  They enjoy spending time in the beautiful outdoors in Lake Havasu City, especially time out on the lake.
